The $72 million Golden Gate Commons development in downtown San Francisco includes approximately 900 spaces of structured parking supporting three four–story buildings comprising approximately 240,000SF of office, retail and condominium space. Garfield Traub principal Tony Traub was responsible for the development of the facilities, which were financed by Garfield Traub principal Ray Garfield.
