Garfield Traub Development’s principals have developed and leased to the federal government several facilities from Florida to California valued at over $200 million in current dollars. In its pursuit of federal developments Garfield Traub employs its affiliate, Garfield Corporation, a registered Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) to compete for and provide development services and related financing, construction and leasing of federal facilities.
